             Oakview Townhomes Association

Garbage collection and Recyclable collection is on Fridays, unless there is a major holiday that week; then it is collected on Saturday.  Saturday collection may also occur if there was a major snowstorm during the week.

Lawn mowing is usually on Wednesdays.

Roofs and gutters are cleaned twice a year.

The pool is reserved for residents and their invited guests. Resident must be present with guests. Click HERE for a copy of the pool rules.

Security lights are the responsibility of the Association.  Contact the "Maintenance" committee chairperson if there is a problem.

Snow removal is scheduled when there is sufficient accumulation, usually 2" or more. If sand/salt is needed contact the "Snow Removal" committee chairperson.

Don't forget to turn off outside faucets and disconnect hoses before the first hard freeze of the winter.

Homeowner Association Board Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month.  The exact dates and locations vary and are announced in the monthly meeting minutes, which are posted on the Meeting Minutes page under the Residents Only tab of this website. All homeowners are encouraged to attend.

The Annual Homeowner's Association Meetings will be held on the second Tuesday of October.  It is important that all homeowners attend this meeting.  If unable to attend, a proxy will be provided.
